Project Brief: Undertaking building works and installing new kitchen equipment
Description: Indigo were very happy to work with the Elite Hotel Group once again to overhaul their Fairway Kitchen at the Ashdown Park Hotel.
Careful design and planning was required in order to select the correct equipment of the required standard and specification together with significant building works to support these changes and in line with current regulations.
