Project Brief: To design, supply and install a new servery area as well as a fully functioning commercial kitchen.
Description: The project included designing the servery area, commercial kitchen and extraction - including a fire suppression system. Due to the high volume and quality of food being prepared, the school now has great equipment at their disposal. Also, a brand new Hobart flight dishwasher to assist the cooking equipment - providing an efficient but more importantly reliable service for the staff and students.
